Kurs\u0173 tikslas yra i\u0161mokyti pilot\u0105 vykdyti skryd\u017eius vadovaujantis skryd\u017ei\u0173 pagal prietaisus taisykl\u0117mis (IFR). Kursai neturi trukti ilgiau kaip 18 m\u0117n. Atlikdamas praktinio rengimo program\u0105 pretendentas turi \u012fgyti toki\u0105 skryd\u017ei\u0173 patirt\u012f: Vienmotoriais SE l\u0117ktuvais \u2014 ne ma\u017eesn\u0119 kaip 50 val. skryd\u017ei\u0173 pagal prietaisus, i\u0161 kuri\u0173 ne daugiau kaip: 35 val. \u2014 FNPTII arba FS treniruokliuose. Daugiamotoriais ME l\u0117ktuvais \u2014 ne ma\u017eesn\u0119 kaip 55 val. skryd\u017ei\u0173 pagal prietaisus, i\u0161 kuri\u0173 ne daugiau kaip: 25 val. gali b\u016bti skraidyta FNPTI treniruoklyje; arba 40 val. \u2014 FNPTII arba FS treniruokliuose. Skrida ME l\u0117ktuvu pagal prietaisus negali b\u016bti ma\u017eesn\u0117 kaip 15
